121 Validity of decisions of board of directors of water corporation An act or decision of the board of directors of a water corporation is not invalid merely because of— (a) a defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the appointment of a member of the board of directors; or (b) a vacancy in the membership of the board of directors, including a vacancy arising from the failure to appoint a member of the board of directors.
