118 Expenses Despite anything in this or any other Act, the members of the board of directors of a water corporation are, if the board so resolves, entitled to be reimbursed out of the water corporation's funds for their reasonable expenses incurred whilst carrying out functions and exercising powers under this Act. **Example** Reasonable expenses incurred when travelling to and from meetings, undertaking training or making site visits.
