111 Pecuniary interest does not prevent voting and consideration of some questions Nothing in section 109 precludes any person from taking part in the consideration of, or voting on— (a) any question as to whether the amount payable for goods or services previously supplied or provided under any contract should be paid from any fund of the water corporation or from any other money belonging to the water corporation; or (b) any question as to whether an application should be made to the Minister for the exercise of the powers conferred by section 109(9).
