108 Improper use of information A member or a person who has been a member of the board of directors of a water corporation must not make improper use of information acquired by virtue of that person's position as a member— (a) to gain directly or indirectly any pecuniary advantage for himself or herself or for any other person; or (b) with intent to cause detriment to the water corporation, whether or not detriment was caused.
