105 Deputy chairperson (1) The board of directors of a water corporation must appoint one of the members of the board of directors to be the deputy chairperson of the board or directors. (2) The deputy chairperson, if present, must preside at meetings of the board of directors at which the chairperson is not present. S. 106 substituted by No. 85/2006 s. 54.
