#### 20F Benefit of authority 20F Benefit of authority > > (1) An authority shall be deemed to be held by and shall operate and enure for the benefit of the lawful occupiers for the time being of the lands specified in the authority and of the lands which are supplied with water obtained by means of the work covered by the authority.
