#### 20BC Ministerial Corporation may cancel authority if work not used for 3 years 20BC Ministerial Corporation may cancel authority if work not used for 3 years > In any case where the work in respect of which an authority is held has not been used for a period of 3 years or more, the Ministerial Corporation may give to the holders of the authority notice by letter sent to each of them by post addressed to them at their addresses last known to the Ministerial Corporation that, after the expiration of a period specified in the notice, the authority will be cancelled and, where any such notice is given, unless the Ministerial Corporation annuls or withdraws the notice before the expiration of the period so specified, the authority shall, on the expiration of that period, be deemed to be cancelled. > > **ss 20BA–20BC:** Ins 1977 No 103, Sch 2 (21).
