#### 15 Separate applications 15 Separate applications > A separate application for a licence or a group licence may be required by the Ministerial Corporation in respect of each work except in such cases where, in the opinion of the Ministerial Corporation, two or more works form a combined work, and the determination as to what works may be included as a combined work in an application for a licence or a group licence shall rest with the Ministerial Corporation. > > **s 15:** Subst 1930 No 15, sec 2 (k).
