#### 117H Cancellation and suspension of licences 117H Cancellation and suspension of licences > > (1) The Ministerial Corporation may cancel or suspend a licence if it is satisfied that the licensee has failed to comply with— > > > > > (a) any limitation or condition of the licence, or > > > > > (b) any requirement imposed by or under this Part, > > > > whether or not the licensee has been prosecuted or convicted for an offence arising out of that failure to comply. > > > (2) Before taking any action under this section, the Ministerial Corporation— > > > > > (a) must cause written notice of the proposed action to be given to the licensee, and > > > > > (b) must give the licensee a reasonable opportunity to make written submissions to the Ministerial Corporation with respect to the proposed action, and > > > > > (c) must have regard to any submission that is duly made. > > **ss 117G–117K:** Ins 1997 No 128, Sch 1 \[15\].
