#### 111 Extension of supply 111 Extension of supply > On the receipt of a petition in writing by the occupiers, owners, or mortgagees of any land situate in the neighbourhood of an artesian well constructed under this Part, and in respect of which charges are payable under this Part, and on obtaining the consent in writing of the persons who— > > > (a) constitute a two-thirds majority of the total number of those liable to pay charges as aforesaid, and > > > (b) who occupy an area exceeding two-thirds of the total area in respect of which those charges are payable, > > the Ministerial Corporation may, by notice in the Gazette, extend the supply of water from the well to the lands of the first mentioned occupiers, owners, and mortgagees. > > Charges shall be assessed and paid in respect of such lands under this Part. > > **s 111:** Am 1930 No 15, sec 4 (f).
