sec.92 Corresponding laws— Act , sch 1
For schedule 1 of the Act , definition corresponding law , paragraph (b) , the following laws are prescribed— Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) , part 8 , division 2 ; Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act 2011 (NT) , other than part 3 ; Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2001 (NSW) , part 5 ; Waste Management and Resource Recovery Act 2016 (ACT) , part 10A .
- (a) Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) , part 8 , division 2 ;
- (b) Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act 2011 (NT) , other than part 3 ;
- (c) Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2001 (NSW) , part 5 ;
- (d) Waste Management and Resource Recovery Act 2016 (ACT) , part 10A .
