sec.91 Prescribed provisions for show cause notices and compliance notices— Act , s 245
For section 245 of the Act , definition prescribed provision , paragraph (c) , the following provisions are prescribed— section 51 (1) ; section 78 (1) ; section 79 (9) ; section 80 (1) and (2) ; section 84 (3) .
