sec.65 Storage area for clinical waste and related waste
A person who operates premises at which clinical waste or related waste is generated— must set aside an area at the premises for storing the waste that is not accessible to— persons, other than persons authorised to enter the area by the person operating the premises; or animals; and must not store the waste anywhere other than the area set aside under paragraph (a) . Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
