sec.58 Use of equipment containing concentrated PCB material
A person must not use equipment containing concentrated PCB material if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the equipment contains concentrated PCB material. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Subsection (1) does not apply if an exemption for the equipment under section 59 is in effect. (sec.58-ssec.1) A person must not use equipment containing concentrated PCB material if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the equipment contains concentrated PCB material. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.58-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply if an exemption for the equipment under section 59 is in effect.
