sec.53 Prohibition on disposing of particular PCB waste to landfill
A person must not dispose of either of the following types of PCB waste to landfill— PCB waste that is scheduled PCB material; PCB waste that is a liquid. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) PCB waste that is scheduled PCB material;
- (b) PCB waste that is a liquid.
