sec.51 Treatment of PCB material only at licensed treatment facilities
A person must not dilute, disaggregate or otherwise treat PCB material at a place other than a licensed treatment facility. Section 91 prescribes this subsection for section 245 of the Act , definition prescribed provision , paragraph (c) . For this section, a person does not treat PCB material only because the person— removes PCB material from equipment; or refills equipment containing PCB material for the purpose of the continued operation of the equipment. (sec.51-ssec.1) A person must not dilute, disaggregate or otherwise treat PCB material at a place other than a licensed treatment facility. (sec.51-ssec.2) For this section, a person does not treat PCB material only because the person— removes PCB material from equipment; or refills equipment containing PCB material for the purpose of the continued operation of the equipment.
