sec.38 Other matters for container collection agreements— Act , s 99ZA
For section 99ZA (1) (i) of the Act , the other matters prescribed for a container collection agreement are— the effect of a breach of the agreement by either party to the agreement; and a process for managing a breach mentioned in paragraph (a) and its effect; and a process for either party to the agreement to end the agreement.
