sec.34 Other matters for container recovery agreements— Act , s 99Q
For section 99Q (4) (f) of the Act , the other matters prescribed for a container recovery agreement are— the effect of a breach of the agreement by either party to the agreement; and a process for managing a breach mentioned in paragraph (a) and its effect; and a process for either party to the agreement to end the agreement.
