sec.110 Obligation to prepare action plan for later financial years
This section applies if a brand owner was given a notice under the repealed regulation, section 41H at any time before the commencement. The reference in section 78(1)(a)(ii) of this regulation to each later financial year applies as if the notice given under the repealed regulation, section 41H had been given under section 74 of this regulation.
