sec.104 Emergency plans required to be prepared
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person was required to prepare an emergency plan for premises under the repealed regulation, section 41ZM; and immediately before the commencement, the period for preparing the plan had not ended. Despite its repeal, the repealed regulation, section 41ZM continues to apply to the person. An emergency plan prepared under the repealed regulation, section 41ZM, as continued in effect under subsection (2), is taken to have been prepared under section 56 of this regulation. (sec.104-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person was required to prepare an emergency plan for premises under the repealed regulation, section 41ZM; and immediately before the commencement, the period for preparing the plan had not ended. (sec.104-ssec.2) Despite its repeal, the repealed regulation, section 41ZM continues to apply to the person. (sec.104-ssec.3) An emergency plan prepared under the repealed regulation, section 41ZM, as continued in effect under subsection (2), is taken to have been prepared under section 56 of this regulation.
