sec.103 Existing emergency plans
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person prepared an emergency plan for premises under the repealed regulation, section 41ZM; and immediately before the commencement, the emergency plan was up to date; and on the commencement, part 11, division 4 of this regulation applies to the person in relation to the premises. The emergency plan is taken to have been prepared for the premises under section 56 of this regulation on the commencement. (sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person prepared an emergency plan for premises under the repealed regulation, section 41ZM; and immediately before the commencement, the emergency plan was up to date; and on the commencement, part 11, division 4 of this regulation applies to the person in relation to the premises. (sec.103-ssec.2) The emergency plan is taken to have been prepared for the premises under section 56 of this regulation on the commencement.
- (a) before the commencement, a person prepared an emergency plan for premises under the repealed regulation, section 41ZM; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the emergency plan was up to date; and
- (c) on the commencement, part 11, division 4 of this regulation applies to the person in relation to the premises.
