sec.102 Notices required about change to prescribed information about scheduled PCB material at premises
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person was required to give a notice under the repealed regulation, section 41ZL(2); and immediately before the commencement, the period for giving the notice had not ended. Despite its repeal, the repealed regulation, section 41ZL(2) continues to apply to the person. A notice given by the person under the repealed regulation, section 41ZL(2), as continued in effect under subsection (2), is taken to have been given under section 55(2) of this regulation. (sec.102-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person was required to give a notice under the repealed regulation, section 41ZL(2); and immediately before the commencement, the period for giving the notice had not ended. (sec.102-ssec.2) Despite its repeal, the repealed regulation, section 41ZL(2) continues to apply to the person. (sec.102-ssec.3) A notice given by the person under the repealed regulation, section 41ZL(2), as continued in effect under subsection (2), is taken to have been given under section 55(2) of this regulation.
