sec.100 Existing notices about scheduled PCB material at premises
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person gave a notice under the repealed regulation, section 41ZL(1) in relation to premises; and immediately before the commencement, the prescribed information stated in the notice under that section had not changed; and on the commencement, part 11, division 4 of this regulation applies to the person in relation to the premises. The notice is taken to have been given by the person under section 55(1) of this regulation on the commencement. (sec.100-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person gave a notice under the repealed regulation, section 41ZL(1) in relation to premises; and immediately before the commencement, the prescribed information stated in the notice under that section had not changed; and on the commencement, part 11, division 4 of this regulation applies to the person in relation to the premises. (sec.100-ssec.2) The notice is taken to have been given by the person under section 55(1) of this regulation on the commencement.
- (a) before the commencement, a person gave a notice under the repealed regulation, section 41ZL(1) in relation to premises; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the prescribed information stated in the notice under that section had not changed; and
- (c) on the commencement, part 11, division 4 of this regulation applies to the person in relation to the premises.
