sch.8-sec.5 Notice about recovery sharing arrangement
The operator must give the Organisation a notice about the recovery sharing arrangement that— is signed by the operator and on behalf of the local government; and states the matters mentioned in section 4 (b) .
- (a) is signed by the operator and on behalf of the local government; and
- (b) states the matters mentioned in section 4 (b) .
