sch.6-sec.9 Scheme contribution amounts in absence of election
This section applies if the relevant beverage manufacturer— does not make an election under section 8 (a) ; or under section 8 (b) , withdraws an election made under section 8 (a) . A scheme contribution amount for the relevant beverage manufacturer— is worked out for a period of not less than a financial year; and may not be required to be paid more than once in a financial year. (sch.6-sec.9-ssec.1) This section applies if the relevant beverage manufacturer— does not make an election under section 8 (a) ; or under section 8 (b) , withdraws an election made under section 8 (a) . (sch.6-sec.9-ssec.2) A scheme contribution amount for the relevant beverage manufacturer— is worked out for a period of not less than a financial year; and may not be required to be paid more than once in a financial year.
