sch.6-sec.8 Elections about scheme contribution amounts
The relevant beverage manufacturer may, by notice given to the Organisation— elect to— have the scheme contribution amounts for the relevant beverage manufacturer worked out for periods of a month or a quarter; and pay those amounts monthly or quarterly; and withdraw an election made under paragraph (a) .
- (a) elect to— (i) have the scheme contribution amounts for the relevant beverage manufacturer worked out for periods of a month or a quarter; and (ii) pay those amounts monthly or quarterly; and
- (i) have the scheme contribution amounts for the relevant beverage manufacturer worked out for periods of a month or a quarter; and
- (ii) pay those amounts monthly or quarterly; and
- (b) withdraw an election made under paragraph (a) .
