65 Waste activity report (1) A licensee or registered waste transporter must give the waste manager a report (a waste activity report), in writing, about waste activities carried out in a reporting period. (2) The report must— (a) contain information prescribed by regulation; and (b) be given to the waste manager not later than 1 month after the end of the reporting period. reporting period means the period prescribed by regulation.
