64U Reports by scheme coordinator (1) The scheme coordinator must, within 90 days after the end of each financial year, give the Minister a written report about the following: (a) the performance of the scheme coordinator in relation to the performance targets under the scheme coordinator agreement; (b) the amounts charged to suppliers under supply arrangements; (c) any other matter prescribed by regulation. (2) The Minister must present the report to the Legislative Assembly within 3 months after the day the Minister receives the report.
