125 Service of documents A document may be given to the waste manager by giving it to the director-general. Note 1 For how documents may be served generally, see the Legislation Act, pt 19.5. Note 2 The director-general may delegate the function under this section to a public sector officer, for example, a public servant (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 20).
