103 Effect of enforceable undertaking on other proceedings A proceeding may not be brought against a person for an alleged offence mentioned in an enforceable undertaking if— (a) the enforceable undertaking is in force in relation to the alleged (b) the person has not failed to comply with the enforceable undertaking in relation to the alleged offence.
