9 Register (1) The NT EPA must cause to be maintained a register of the following information: (a) the information specified in Schedule 1; (b) information required or permitted to be placed on the register by or under this Act; (c) information that the NT EPA thinks fit to place on the register. (2) The register is to be kept in the form, which may include an electronic form, the NT EPA thinks fit. (3) The NT EPA may, by notice in the Gazette, amend, omit or insert an item in Schedule 1. (4) A member of the public may, on payment of the prescribed fee, if any, view the register at any time during the normal office hours of the NT EPA.
