76 Obstructing authorised officers A person must not: (a) resist or obstruct, or incite or encourage another person to resist or obstruct, an authorised officer or a person lawfully assisting the officer; (b) use threatening language or behave in a threatening manner towards an authorised officer or a person lawfully assisting the officer; (c) fail to comply with the lawful requirements of an authorised officer or a person lawfully assisting the officer; (d) provide to an authorised officer or a person lawfully assisting the officer particulars which are false or misleading in a material respect; or

Waste Management and Pollution Control Act 1998 55 (e) impersonate or falsely claim to be an authorised officer or falsely claim to be a person lawfully assisting an officer.
