62 Effect of compliance plans Proceedings against a person to whom a compliance plan relates for an offence against this Act cannot be instituted if: (a) the alleged offence is an offence against the provision of the Act specified in the plan in accordance with section 56(c); and (b) the person is complying with the compliance plan.
