37 Application to amend or revoke conditions (1) A person may apply to the NT EPA for an amendment to, or a revocation of, a condition of an environment protection approval or a licence. (2) An application is to be in the approved form accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any. Note for section 37 For an administrative amendment to a condition, see section 46AA.
