29 Revocation of objectives (1) The Administrator may revoke an environment protection objective in accordance with a proposal submitted to him or her under section 28(5).

Waste Management and Pollution Control Act 1998 23 (2) The Administrator must give notice of the revocation of an environment protection objective in the Gazette and in a newspaper (3) A revocation of an environment protection objective takes effect: or (b) where a later date is provided for in the notice of revocation – on the later date.
