27 Minor amendments to objectives (1) Notwithstanding section 26, the Minister may approve an amendment to an environment protection objective: (a) to correct a typographical error; or (b) to change the wording of a provision of the objective but not so as to change the general intention of the provision. (2) The Minister must: (a) give notice of an amendment approved under subsection (1) in the Gazette and in a newspaper circulating in the Territory; and (b) specify in the notice where copies of the amendment may be viewed.
