23 Administrator may approve environment protection objective (1) The Administrator may approve a draft environment protection objective submitted to him or her under section 21 or 22. (2) The Administrator must: (a) give notice of the approval of an environment protection objective in the Gazette and in a newspaper circulating in the Territory; and (b) specify in the notice the place where copies of the objective may be viewed.
