118 Regulations may provide for exemptions The Regulations may contain provisions for or in relation to exemptions (whether or not subject to conditions) from compliance with all or any specified regulations, including provisions: (a) authorising the NT EPA or the Minister to grant an exemption; and (b) specifying circumstances in which an exemption granted under a law of the Commonwealth or of a State or another Territory of the Commonwealth is to be an exemption granted under the Regulations.
