3A Waste Assets Management Corporation
(1) There is constituted by this Act a corporation with the corporate name of the Waste Assets Management Corporation (the Corporation).
(2) The Corporation is a NSW Government agency and is, in the exercise of the Corporation’s functions, subject to the control and direction of the Minister.
