50 Presumption in relation to rebate entitlements
In any proceedings brought under this Act in relation to the liability of an operator of a landfill facility to pay a payable levy amount, the operator bears the onus of proving, on the balance of probabilities, that the operator is entitled to a resource recovery rebate in accordance with section 30 .
