19 Use of certain land in Zone RE1

(1) This clause applies to the following land—

(a) Lot 1, DP 1144187, Collaroy, identified as “Area 19A” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map, known as Long Reef Golf Club,

(b) part of Lot 2743, DP 752038, Manly Vale, identified as “Area 19B” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map, known as Manly Vale Bowling Club,

(c) Lot 2730, DP 752038, North Balgowlah, identified as “Area 19C” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map, known as Wakehurst Golf Club,

(d) part of Lot 2743, DP 752038, North Manly, identified as “Area 19D” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map, known as North Manly Bowling Club,

(e) part of Lot 2742, DP 752038, North Manly, identified as “Area 19E” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map, known as Warringah Recreation Centre.

(2) Development for the purposes of registered clubs is permitted with development consent if the registered club is incidental or ancillary to a recreation facility (indoor), recreation facility (major) or recreation facility (outdoor).
