2 Where does this plan apply?

(1) This plan applies to that part of Northern Beaches local government area to which this plan applies (in this plan referred to as Warringah).

(2) However, this plan does not apply to any land while it is shown on the map as “Deferred Matter”.

Note—

On the commencement of clause 1.8 of Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011, this plan ceases to apply to land to which that plan applies. However, this plan will continue to apply to land identified as “Deferred matter” on the Land Application Map under that plan.
