67A Validation of certain leases
*[Section 67A Inserted by No. 26 of 1968, s. 5 ]*Where before the commencement of the War Service Land Settlement Act 1968 the Board has let proposed holdings to intending tenants for a period of one year and thereafter from year to year and not at will as provided in subsection (2) of section ten, the leases granted and accepted in those cases shall be deemed good under and for the purposes of that subsection and shall be effective according to their tenor.
