39H Re-entry by the Board

*[Section 39H Inserted by No. 78 of 1952, s. 10 ][Section 39H Amended by No. 26 of 1968, s. 6 and Sched. 1 ][Section 39H Amended by No. 19 of 1980, s. 171 and Sched. 1 ]*The Recorder shall, upon proof to his satisfaction that the Board has –

(a) re-entered and recovered possession of any holding by any proceeding in law; or

(b) re-entered any holding –

(i) in accordance with section thirty ; or

(ii) pursuant to its escheat to the Board –

record the re-entry on the relevant folios of the Register kept under the Land Titles Act 1980 .
