*[Section 39F Inserted by No. 78 of 1952, s. 10 ]*A memorandum charging tenant-right on a holding under section twenty-seven given by a transferee shall, subject to section thirty-nine G , be in accordance with the form in Schedule 5 , and shall be presented for registration in duplicate.
