39E Registration of grants
[Section 39E Substituted by No. 19 of 1980, s. 171 and Sched. 1 ][Section 39E Amended by No. 23 of 2021, s. 160, Applied:01 Jan 2022] In respect of every memorandum of grant presented for registration, the Board shall deliver up the grant, if any, or certificate of title, if any, of the land mentioned in the memorandum, and the Recorder shall, after registering the grant, create a folio of the Register kept under the Land Titles Act 1980 for the fee farm estate granted.
