*[Section 37 Amended by No. 22 of 1960, s. 9 ]*The purchase price of a holding for the purpose of this Division shall be a sum determined by the Board with consent but not more than the capital cost to the Board of the holding, excluding the amount payable for improvements under section twenty-six .
