27A Compensation for non-structural improvements
*[Section 27A Inserted by No. 78 of 1952, s. 9 ]*Where the Board is liable to make payment under subsection (2) of section twenty-seven and the holding has, since the grant under which the outgoing tenant held, undergone substantial improvement in which there is no tenant-right, the Board shall compensate the person entitled to tenant-right therefor to an extent not in excess of the enhancement of the Board's reversion thereby.
