10B Water rights
*[Section 10B Inserted by No. 78 of 1952, s. 3 ]*If a corporation is created as provided in section ten A there shall continue and vest in it all the right to take, divert, and use water into and by the waterworks therein mentioned which the owner of the estate therein mentioned had on the eighteenth day of January 1929.
