Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What this does: This is a clean-up measure from 1919 that simply cancels (repeals) wartime packaging rules.

Background: During World War I, the government made regulations controlling how goods were packaged in "tins and cases" (likely to standardise materials or prevent hoarding). This instrument removes those restrictions now that the war was ending.

Key point: The entire legislation is just one sentence: the old Tins and Cases Regulations are gone. No new rules are added—this purely removes outdated wartime controls.
